The FMPI is our hardened version of the Gendarmerie Nationale's Medical First Response Sheet. Gone are the days of using A4 sheets from office printers that disintegrate in water, sand, or mud, or hastily printed forms on unsuitable paper.

Made with the best available materials, the FMPI allows writing with most pencils, markers, and pens. It is reusable and waterproof, suitable for all weather conditions and work environments.

Adopting the exact structure of the standard issue FMPI, while improving presentation and readability under stress—the normal condition for using these forms—our FMPI adds the ability to perform its function in all conditions and places, including regular training, as it can be reused almost indefinitely.

Our FMPI forms are therefore perfectly suited for emergency situations and can be secured to the treated person using ELASTIK™, CROKYD™, or your own methods (shock cord, paracord, string, etc.) thanks to the integrated perforation, which does not compromise the form’s water resistance.

ITS MISSIONS:

  • To provide the user with a robust and reliable form
  • To allow the form to be filled out with available writing instruments
  • To facilitate the completion of the form under typical usage conditions
  • To be reusable and easy to clean
