PROFAPLA
The general conditions of use governing this file can be consulted on this website atclick here.
PROFAPLA allows you to manufacture a visor support in 13 minutes on an FDM 3D printer (filament deposition). The visor thus created will be ultra-light, comfortable, stable, will protect the forehead, will not limit the mobility of the head, and does not require drilling the screen.
Model registered and offered as a file under the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND license, deliberate choice in the particular context of the Covid-19 crisis, PROFAPLA is an evolving solution, dedicated to optimization following your feedback.
The general shape of PROFAPLA, based on precise statistical data (dimensions, contours, shape) of a head, is adapted to the greatest number of potential users, female or male, in order to maximize wearing comfort despite its minimalist appearance .

PROFAPLA was designed by considering production by all possible means in a context of health crisis and limited access to conventional industrial means.
For now only the files for FDM 3D printing are available, we will update very soon with the other possibilities.
You will find in the technical notice in the .zip file all the information to print PROFAPLA in 13 minutes on any 3D FDM printer whose plate is more than 270 mm side.
We are working on solutions allowing printing on smaller trays.
